Due to the delicate and personal nature of our handcrafted sprays, returns and refunds cannot be accepted.

 

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. Should your insured package be damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please provide a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery to receive replacement approval.

 

Damaged items will be replaced with the identical product only, and replacements are available exclusively for orders that include shipping insurance.

Shipping

 

All orders are prepared with care and intention and generally require 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.

 

Standard Shipping within Australia typically arrives within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 days, depending on destination and customs procedures. Please note that any unforeseen carrier or customs delays are beyond our control.

 

For those who wish to receive their order sooner, priority delivery is available to select locations at an additional cost.

 

In the event of the purchased item being restocked (our creations are all handmade and take loving time to craft), we will endeavour to advise you if there are any delays outside our general delivery schedule via email.
