For this reason, products will not be replaced due to natural imperfections.

Should your insured order arrive damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please provide a clear photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery so we can assess eligibility for replacement approval.

Damaged items will be replaced with the identical product only, and replacements are available exclusively for orders that include shipping insurance.

For those wishing to receive their order sooner, priority delivery is available to select locations for an additional cost.
