Subtle variations, including chips, cracks, or surface markings, are part of each crystal’s inherent beauty and energy signature—no two are ever the same. These unique characteristics are a reflection of their authenticity and individuality, much like the souls who are drawn to them. For this reason, products will not be replaced due to natural imperfections.

Should your insured order arrive damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please provide a clear photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery so we can assess eligibility for replacement approval.

Damaged items will be replaced with the identical product only, and replacements are available exclusively for orders that include shipping insurance.

All orders are prepared with care and intention and generally require 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch.

Standard Shipping within Australia typically arrives within 3–7 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 days, depending on destination and customs procedures. Please note that any unforeseen carrier or customs delays are beyond our control.

For those wishing to receive their order sooner, priority delivery is available to select locations for an additional cost.

In the event of the purchased item being restocked (our creations are all hand made and take loving time to craft), we will endeavour to advise you if there are any delays outside our general delivery schedule via email.
